Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Arvind Rajagopal would state that the sole petitioner has passed away. He had sought an adjournment on 19.08.2021 to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs, if they were so inclined, to pursue the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, he would report no instructions, stating that his communications sent to the address of the petitioner have been returned, and he is unable to thus contact any person at that address.

3. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed. Liberty is granted to legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner to seek restoration of the writ petition, if they are so inclined, but within a reasonable time frame from today. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
