Tribunal in C.M.A. No.53/2003, dated 10.02.2009 and quash the same in so far relates to petitioner's concerned. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that although he has tried to contact his client to contest the matter, he has not shown any interest and therefore, the petition may be closed for no instructions.
