This petition is filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 154 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
