The suspension of sentence of imprisonment alone already granted by this Court on 11.02.2022 is made absolute on condition that the petitioners deposit 50% of the cheque amount, less the amount, if any, already deposited, to the credit of S.T.C.No.1451 of 2006 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I Court, Tiruppur, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Post the main revision in Crl.R.C.No.156 of 2022 along with Crl.R.C.Nos.107, 108, 112 and 155 of 2022 in the usual course.
