The writ petition has been filed to dispose of the appeal petition dated 29.12.2022 filed by the petitioner against the order in O.Mu.No.1550/D3/2022 dated 08.08.2022.

2. Let me not enter into any discussion on the facts particularly because the second respondent will have to pass necessary order and such order can be passed only after records are obtained from the fourth respondent.

3. It is informed that the second respondent had called for the records from the fourth respondent.

4. Let that procedure known to law be followed and an order be passed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
