W.P.Nos.23198 & 23199 of 2015: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from
selecting respondents 3 & 4 for admission to Higher Speciality course of D.M. (Cardiology) without insisting certificate for completion of two years mandatory bond service as per clause 4 (b) of the prospectus for 20152016 session issued by the second respondent and consequently, select the petitioners for admission to the Higher Speciality course of D.M. (Cardiology) based on merit and ranking in the selection list published on 16.04.2015 in accordance with prospectus.

R2 & R3 No Appearance - R1 & R4 COMMON JUDGMENT (Delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Assailing the common order dated 30 September, 2015 passed in W.P.Nos.23198 and 23199 of 2015, these intraCourt appeals are filed. 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant viz., Dr.B.Sridhar, has got admission for D.M.(Cardiology) course at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, State of Kerala. Thus, he is required to furnish his certificates on or before 10.12.2015.
3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 fairly submits that the certificates, as required by the appellant, will be furnished to him in the course of the day, if an application to that effect, is made by him.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, it is ordered accordingly. 5.The writ appeals stand disposed of accordingly, leaving the question of law open, to be decided in the other connected appeals.
