Comp.A.No.33 of 2021 in C.P.No.73 of 2000 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This Application has been filed seeking to implead the ExDirectors of the Company.

2. I do not think that the Ex-Directors could be termed as necessary parties to the application viz., Comp.A.No.111 of 2019. The application in Comp.A.No.111 of 2019 has been filed seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to recall its letter addressed to the Sub-Registrar claiming that the properties belong to the Company.

3. The claim of the applicants is that they have purchased the property from the original owners who had entered into an agreement of sale with the Company. It is also claimed that the Ex-Directors were confirming parties in the sale deeds in favour of the applicants. Therefore, I do not see any necessity to implead the Ex-Directors of the Company.
