When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 10 has submitted that the land in question was acquired by the Government of Puducherry, for which compensation had already been paid and hence, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition for any further adjudication.
2.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 10, the writ petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
