O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC No.20 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Coimbatore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in the year 2016 itself committal proceedings was over and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.127 of 2017 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court-II, Coimbatore. The petitioner never appeared before the trial Court and as such Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner and the same is pending. Suppressing those facts, now the petitioner has come forward to file the present petition to quash the entire proceedings in P.R.C.No.20 of 2016.

3. In light of the above submission, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief as prayed for. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
