Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to pass orders for effecting changes in the Patta in respect of S.No.401/3 by considering and disposing the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2017 and also the legal notice issued by the petitioner on 14.03.2017. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents herein to pass orders for effecting changes in the Patta in respect of S.No.401/3, by considering and disposing the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 17.10.2017 and also the legal notice issued by the petitioner on 14.03.2017.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.10.2017,to the respondents 2 and 3 seeking to effect changes in the Patta in respect of S.No.401/3 and he had also attended the enquiry on 20.04.2018 and 27.04.2018. Since, no action has been taken by the respondents till date, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
3. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to him as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
