W.M.P.No.2916 of 2026 is filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.37839 of 2024, which closed for not received any instructions on 20.08.2025.

2. The Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent seeks time to file a counter affidavit.

3. Considering the fact that the delay is only 123 days, the delay stands condoned. The other application to restore the writ petition is also deemed to be allowed as the SR stage. The writ petition is restored to file.
