This petition has been filed to deposit monthly rents at the rate of Rs.900/- per month for the petition premises from the month of January 2024 to the credit of O.S.No.4738/2020 on the file of XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
