Jagadeesan For Respondents : Mr.Zeenathbegum 1 and 2 O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of CPC has been filed against the fair and decreetal orders dated 25.01.2018 made in REA No.23/2017 in REP No.9/2016 in I.A. No.1745/20099 in O.S. No.1300/1984 on the file of I Additional District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. This Court by order, dated 16.03.2018 referred the Civil Revision Petition to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, for amicable settlement. Dispute among the parties was resolved and settlement agreement has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed before the Mediation Centre. Accordingly, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, has submitted a report to this Court, dated 23.04.2018. Accordingly, the Mediation report along with settlement agreement shall form part of the record.

3. Both the Parties along with their respective Counsel have appeared before this Court and the contents of the settlement agreement have been explained to them and they accepted the same.

4. It has been represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents 3 & 4 were given up by the petitioner as they were set ex-parte before the lower Court.

5. Further, the learned Counsel for both the parties requested this Court that the parties may be granted liberty to approach the trial Court to modify the final decree in I.A. No.1745 of 2009 in O.S. No.1300 of 1984 dated 14.07.2015.

6. Recording the mediation report along with the settlement agreement and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is closed with liberty to approach the trial Court to modify the final decree in I.A. No.1745 of 2009 in O.S. No.1300 of 1984 dated 14.07.2015. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
