This petition has been filed to restore the Civil Revision Petition which was dismissed for default on 18.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to restore the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations found in the petition and in order to give a fair chance to the revision petitioner to a agitate his case, this petition is allowed and the Civil Revision Petition is restored and taken on file.
