[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.] This contempt petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience of the respondent to the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23833 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the subject matter of contempt has been complied with vide proceedings of the Collector dated 15.5.2018, pursuant to which, the Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai has issued proceedings in Na.Ka.No. F/5370/2016 dated 28.05.2018 and the same has been taken on record.

3. In the light of the same, nothing remains for adjudication and hence, this contempt petition is closed.
