ORDER

This revision is filed as against the notice ordered in the application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure and to direct the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in I.A.No.42 of 2014 in O.S.No.8 of 2014 within a time frame.

2. Though notices were served on the respondents, as early as in the year 2014, no one appeared. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also reports no instructions from the petitioner. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
