Respondents WRIT Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Collector to not to pass any Orders without giving personal hearing to the Petitioner in line with the Order of permanent injunction passed by the Hon'ble District Munsif Court, Coimbatore in O.S.No.1263 of 2013 dated 23.08.2013, as she being a senior citizen aged about 76 years.

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Prayer sought for in the instant writ petition is a direction to the 1st respondent Collector, not to pass any Orders without giving personal hearing to the Petitioner in line https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the Order of permanent injunction passed by the Hon'ble District Munsif Court, Coimbatore in O.S.No.1263 of 2013 dated 23.08.2013, as she being a senior citizen aged about 76 years.

2. After making submissions, with regard to the prayer sought for, Mr.M.Kavikannan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
