PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to Government order made in G.O.Ms.No.16, Home, Prohibition and Excise/Transport III Department dated 07.01.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's varied route in respect of vehicle No.TN24/Y-0399 since replaced by TN-24/U-3637 so as to ply Bangalore to Denkanikottah-two singles, Bangalore to Ayyur - 2 Singles, Denkanikottah to Ayyur - 2 singles and Bangalore to Hosur - 2 singles in the interstate agreement agreement between Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
