This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1052 days in from 15.03.2019 to 14.03.2020 in filing the Miscellaneous Petition to restore the S.A.No.203 of 2019 which was dismissed for default on 13.02.2019 on the ground of non-appearance of the counsel and non-prosecution of the case and consequently, restore the second appeal to the file.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
