Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Habaes Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Nandhini, F/A, 17 years, D/o. Thimmarayan in person before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M. JAICHANDREN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Nandhini, F/A, 17 years, D/o. Thimmarayan in person before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty.

The petitioner had stated that her minor daughter, namely, Nandhini, had gone missing, from 29.09.2015. Therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent and the said complaint had been registered, in Crime No. 26 of 2015, under Section 366(A) I.P.C. Since the 1st respondent had not taken effective steps to trace the detenue, the petitioner had preferred the present Habeas Corpus Petition before this Court.

Today, when the matter has been listed for hearing, the 1st respondent has produced the detenue before this Court. The mother of the detenue/the petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she would like to go along with her mother.

In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The detenue is permitted to go along with her mother.
