The learned counsel, who appears for the applicant in A.Nos. 1907 to 1909 of 2015, has made an endorsement withdrawing the same since these applications pertain to referring the matter for alternative dispute resolution either before the Lok Adalat or the mediation and since the parties are prepared to advance their arguments before this Court, the said applications do not survive.
