The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was filed to extent the benefit of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.371, Finance (Pension) Dept. dated 30.04.1986 and subsequently, the Government passed a revised order in G.O.Ms.No.363 and the benefits were extended to the retired employees.

2. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
