ORDER
Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for R1 would accede to receipt of representation dated 06.01.2024. In that representation, the petitioner has sought a mandamus forbearing from giving electricity connection in favour of R2, a private party.
2. In light of the fact that representation has been duly received, mandamus is issued to R1 to hear the petitioner and R2 and dispose the same in accordance with law and in line with prevalent rules and regulations, within a period of six weeks from today.
3. This writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
