Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take suitable action against the respondents 3 and 4 for having violated and acted contrary to the judgements of the Madras High Court dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.No.18814 of 223 and further order dated 21.08.2023 in W.P.No.24494 of 2023 and also the I.G. Circular No.3/2023 contained in letter No.36330/U1/2023 dated 29.09.2023 and for having acted without reference to the pendency of the O.S.No.95 of 2023 on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Court, Ponneri and to take suitable disciplinary action against them for their misuse and abuse of power and authority conferred on them by law causing prejudice to the petitioners on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2024 submitted to the first respondent. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondents to take suitable action against the respondents 3 and 4 for having violated and acted contrary to the judgements of the Madras High Court dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.No.18814 of 223 and further order dated 2/4

21.08.2023 in W.P.No.24494 of 2023 and also the I.G. Circular No.3/2023 contained in letter No.36330/U1/2023 dated 29.09.2023 and for having acted without reference to the pendency of the O.S.No.95 of 2023 on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Court, Ponneri and to take suitable disciplinary action against them for their misuse and abuse of power and authority conferred on them by law causing prejudice to the petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an oral endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the oral endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
