When the matter was listed for hearing on 14.10.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported "no instructions" and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 15.10.2019 by printing the name of the petitioner. On 15.10.2019, though the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list, none appeared for them. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 16.10.2019.
