O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the husband of the detenue for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is seen that the detenue was produced before this Court on 30.10.2015 and this Court has passed the following order:

"2. The detenue K.Manoranjitham is produced before this Court by the learned counsel for the detenue and she is identified by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor with the help of police officials. On enquiry, the alleged detenue submits that she is a minor and her parents are doing arrangements to perform her marriage against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her will and hence she is willing to go to the Child Welfare Home.

3. Having considered the submission made on either side, we find just and reasonable to send the detenue to the Government Children home for Girls at Kellys, Chennai - 10, till she attains her majority, for proper care and custody of the minor child. The Inspector of B4, High Court Police Station is directed to entrust the minor girl/detenue in the afore said Government Children Home."

3. In view of the above order, this Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law by approaching the Juvenile Justice Board.
