Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 3.1.2022 and consequently direct the respondent to issue legal heir certificate of late Ganesa Mudaliar to the petitioner. Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent.

2. The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2022 for issuance of legal hair certificate of late Ganesa Mudaliar to the petitioner.

3. Normally this Court would not have been reluctant to accept this writ petition, seeing as the representation is filed only on 03.01.2022. However, learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection and would concur that the representation has indeed been received and he has no objection to this Court directing disposal of the representation within a fixed time frame.

4. Thus, the mandamus, as sought for, is issued. The respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 03.01.2022, hear the petitioner as well as any other party that may be necessary to decide the same and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from today.
