Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram to dispose the RLTOP No.41 of 2023 (RLTOP.No.47 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur) within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram to dispose of the pending RLTOP.No.41 of 2023 within the stipulated time 1/4

frame.

2. The petitioner had originally filed RLTOP.No.47 of 2021 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur. Subsequently, the same was transferred to District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram. After transfer, the respondent counsel reported no instructions, hence fresh notice was ordered to the respondent. By that time, examination of PW1 was over. Thereafter, the respondent entered appearance and filed miscellaneous petition to recall PW1 and the said petition is stated to be pending.

3. The petitioner has filed this civil revision petition for a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram to dispose of the said RLTOP No.41 of 2023 within the time frame.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, 2/4

on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram is 440 cases.

6. Considering the nature of the proceedings and also the total pendency of the cases, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram is directed to dispose of the pending RLTOP.No.41 of 2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
