ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present review petition has been instituted to review the order of this Court dated 05.01.2026 in WP.No. 24107 of 2024.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board would submit that the said order has been taken by way of SLP and pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The matter is listed for further hearing on 10.03.2026.
3. Pertinently, the Board has already given allotment for 49 eligible beneficiaries and those allotment orders have been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, the allottees are at liberty to secure the allotment order by approaching the competent authority of the Board. That apart, the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record warranting exercise of judicial review.
4. In view of the above factum, the present review application deserves no merit consideration. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed. No costs.
