..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent made in Re.No.9649/S2/07, dated 29.05.2008, cancelling the document writer licence of the petitioner which has been confirmed by the first respondent in G.O. (T) No.160, Commercial Taxes (M) Registration (M-2), Department dated 09.04.2009 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to renew the licence of the petitioner as per law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
