This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above revision case.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 19.03.2021 'for final disposal' and also print the name of the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the appellant in the cause list.
