2005 in favour of the 7th respondent executed by 5th and 6th respondents iii) Document No.5613/2007 dated 11.09.2007 in favour of the 4th, 8th and 9th respondents executed by seventh respondent (B) in respect of the lands to the exent of 38 cents earmarked part site in sale deed in document Nos.1160/2005 dated 21.02.2005, 1161/2005 dated 21/2/2005 executed by the respondents 1 to 4 in favour of 10th respondent and sale deeds in document Nos.1162/2005 dated 21.02.2005 and 1163/2005 dated 21.02.2005 executed by the respondents 1 to 4 herein in favour of 11th respondent and (C) The registered settlement deed executed in favour of 12th respondent in document No.2466/1983 in respect of 13 cents earmarked for public purpose in SF. No.

431, Kallapatti Village, Coimbatore on the file of the 13th respondent illegal and invalid and consequently direct the respondents 14 to 16 herein to restore, maitain and intact the above lands as public places and park sites as per the lay out approved by the 15th respondent.
