The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner trust an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) with interest at 18% per annum from 01.11.2002 due to the petitioner trust in respect of IDCOL Bonds bearing distinctive numbers 01424 to 01443 covered under Certificate No.0018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that, the amount due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

payable by the respondent, had already been received by the petitioner Trust long back. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, she prays that the said submission may be recorded and accordingly, the writ petition may be disposed of.

3. The said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is hereby recorded. As the prayer sought for in the writ petition became infructuous, there is no issue in this writ petition for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
