Petitioner has already been disposed by order No. R.C. 5263/2004 ARC dated 10.08.2016 and a copy of the postal acknowledgment card for having communicated the same to the Petitioner has been produced. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
