ORDER
This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 6(a) in Crl.M.P.No.75 of 2025 order dated 21.01.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were arrested in Crime No.04 of 2024 under Section 123 of BNS read with Section 24(1) of COTPA Act. The learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.75 of 2025
dated 21.01.2025, imposed onerous condition directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.1,10,500/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Dharmapuri. The petitioners, due to financial conditional are unable to deposit the said amount. Despite the said conditional order of bail granted, they are unable to come out on bail. He further submits that without prejudice, the petitioners are ready to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- each to the credit of Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Dharmapuri.

In view of the above said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.6(a) in Crl.M.P.No.75 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 is modified as follows:- " 6(a) The petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on paying a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each at Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Dharmapuri without prejudice to their defence before the Trial Court and the Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, after perusing the challan/receipt, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate court, Palacode".
4. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is modified. 28.01.2025 mn Note: Issue order copy today i.e, 28.01.2025
