The order of rejection rejecting the application of the petitioner for award of COCO Service Provider at BP-Thoppur, Dharmapuri District is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. A notification was issued on 04.09.2023 inviting applications from the eligible tenderers. The petitioner submitted his application however, his candidature was found not eligible for award of contract of Service Provider at BP-Thoppur, Dharmapuri District on the ground that the petitioner had failed to submit proof which shows that the minimum funds required for qualification as per the terms stipulated. 2/5
3. The conditions stipulated in the notification reveals that the documents in support of the basic eligibility criteria of finance, educational qualifications, age, will be accepted only if they are valid as on the date of application. Since the financial proof submitted by the petitioner was not in order, the application and the candidature of the petitioner was rejected.
4. The order of rejection was issued on 12.01.2024 and therefore, this court is not inclined to consider the other grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. (sha) 25.04.2024 Index : Yes Speaking Order 3/5
