C.M.P.No.1563 of 2022 in A.S.No.324 of 2016 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

C.M.P.No.1563 of 2022 is filed by the fourth respondent to declare her as a major and discharge her mother Jothilakshmi, who is arrayed as the second respondent. The date of birth of the fourth respondent/petitioner is 05.05.1995. She has attained majority on 05.05.2013, even before the appeal was filed. Therefore, this petition is allowed and the second respondent is discharged from the guardianship.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that the second respondent, Jothilakshmi died on 25.03.2017 and her legal heirs on record as the third respondent and the fourth respondent. Hence, the memo informing 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
