Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2023 to extend the franchise for one year from 31.03.2023 to 31.03.2024 with waiver of lease amount and also for extension of franchise period for another 2 years from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2026 in respect of the petitioner's Hotel with 5% increase in the franchise fee every year, totally for three years with effect from 31-03-2023 to 31-03-2026.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
