Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt Advocate for R1 to R4 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, comprised in S.No. 215/1A, Sikkana Malai, Thuthipatu Village, Vellore district in the light of G.O. (Ms) No. 496 dated 24.12.2018 and G.O. (Ms) No. 97 dated 21.02.2025, Revenue and Disaster Management(LD-1(1) Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that as per the aforementioned G.Os, the petitioner is entitled for issuance of patta, for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation on 02.08.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to G.O.(Ms) No. 496 dated 24.12.2018 and G.O. (Ms) No. 97 dated 21.02.2025, Revenue and Disaster Management(LD-1(1) Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, relied upon by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the portion of the property comprised in S.No.

215/1A, Sikkana Malai, Thuthipatu Village, Vellore district, in the light of G.O. (Ms) No. 496 dated 24.12.2018 and G.O. (Ms) No. 97 dated 21.02.2025, Revenue and Disaster Management(LD-1(1) Department, Government of Tamil Nadu within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
