Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings issued in Pa.tu.Na.Ka.no.0149/2016 dated 13.01.2017 by the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to refund the amount of Rs.1,95,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore and Ninety Five Lakhs) to the petitioner with interest at 12% per annum from the date of payment i.e., on 29.03.2016, within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
