ORDER

This miscellaneous petition is filed to fix an early date for hearing the W.P.No.19385 of 2023 and pass orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Since this Court is already listing the writ petitions of the year 2022 for hearing and in the event of roster continuing with this Court from 02.03.2026, the writ petitions of the year 2023 will be listed on Thursday. Therefore, there is no necessity to fix an early date for taking up the matter.

4. The learned counsel is directed to get ready with the matter as and when the matter is listed in seriatim and file translated copies of material papers wherever necessary to proceed with the matter.

5. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
