2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute involved in the present writ petition has been settled before the Lok Adalat, through an Award dated 21.04.2004. A copy of the Award is produced before this Court.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, which has culminated into an Award, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
