This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2009 at the earliest point of time 2.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died long back. However, no petition has been filed to substitute his legal heirs to proceed with the present Writ Petition. That apart, the Writ Petition is filed for direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2009. After the period of long time, the petitioner's representation cannot be considered now. Hence, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
