Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 15.12.2021 in Crl.OP.No. 24467 / 2021 that the 1st 3rd and 4th petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambatur every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.DURAIMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24467 of 2021, dated 15.12.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
