O R D E R
Though the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 20.04.2025, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, subsequent to the suspension order, a charge memorandum was issued, and thereafter, an Enquiry Officer was appointed. The Enquiry Officer has submitted a report before the Disciplinary Authority, and now the disciplinary proceeding is at the stage of passing the final order.
2. In view of the subsequent developments, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Disciplinary Authority to pass final order on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Today the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The order impugned in the writ petition is dated 20.04.2023. However, in the first para of the order, the date has been wrongly typed as 20.04.2025, instead of 20.04.2023.
3.Hence, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy, after making the aforesaid corrections.
