Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside and revise the orders dated 20.11.2018 made in I.A. No.761 & 760 of 2018 respectively, in O.S. No.310 of 2004 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sankagiri.

C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court. He further submitted that both the parties have already reported settlement before the lower Court for getting disposal of suit as settled out of Court. In view of the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these revision petitions.
