For Petitioner : M/S.M.SATHISHKUMAR Advocate For Respondent : MR. R.SEKAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.45 of 2017.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 392 and 394 IPC.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner and others were alleged to have robbed Rs.12,000/- from the defacto complainant. Amount recovered.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case. He is ready to co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

6. Considering the above aspects and the stage of the investigation, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory Bail granted;

(ii)Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Money and Friday at 10.30am for one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
