ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to grant promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) based on the panel prepared as on 01.01.2020 issued by the 4th respondent before proceeding with implementation 2021 panel prepared as on 01.01.2021, following year wise panel, in accordance with rules and in the light of orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.4973 and 4981 of 2021, dated 10.01.2022 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.01.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
