Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.11638/2007/A1 dated 15.10.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Clerk on the basis of qualification prescribed in the special rules and confer all the consequential benefits from the date on which his junior was promoted.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.36112 of 2015 before this Court. Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 06.11.2015, the pensionary benefits have been extended to the petitioner.
