ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned reversion order in Na.Ka.No.5890/09/P dated 30.07.2009 passed by the District Forest Officer, Villupuram Forest Division, Villupuram, the first respondent herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the impugned reversion order was passed in view of the registration of the criminal case as against the petitioner and the same was quashed by this Court on 28.07.2011 in Crl.O.P. No.15428 of 2010 and therefore, the reversion order was also cancelled. They also placed on record the cancellation of the reversion order. 3.In view of the fact that the impugned reversion order has been cancelled, nothing further survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
